Dill, Gaile D. Saginaw, Michigan

Passed away suddenly on Thursday June 7, 2012 at the Bay Regional Medical Center in Bay City, MI at the age of 76 years. Gaile was born October 11, 1935 in Saginaw, MI to the late Erben and Ada (Oldenburg) Bierschbach and has resided in this area for most of her life. Gaile was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Freeland, MI and the Red Hat Society. She also enjoyed gardening and traveling. On September 26, 1953 Gaile married Clarence Brownrigg, then on February 11, 1978 Gaile married Richard H. Dill, he predeceased her on October 8, 2008. Gaile is survived by her four children; Gary (Jo) Brownrigg of Freeland, Judi Majeski of Saginaw, Sandra (John) Scheffler of Breckenridge, CO and Rick Brownrigg of Saginaw. Seven grandchildren; Rusty, Crystal, Jamie, Barbara, Bridget, Brittany and Brent, four great grandchildren; Natalia, Alejandro, Jacob, Samantha and two sisters; Bertha (Jim) Armour of AuGres, MI and Ardith (Gerald) Green of Saginaw also survive Gaile. Two brothers; Duane Bierschbach, Lyle Bierschbach and a sister; Sue church have predeceased Gaile.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday June 11, 2012 at Zion Lutheran Church, Freeland. Rev. Robert G. Schmidt will officiate with burial to follow at Lawndale Cemetery (Corner of Kochville and Lawndale Roads). Friends may call at the Cunningham/Taylor Funeral Home, 310 E. Washington St., Freeland on Sunday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Zion Lutheran Church, Freeland or the donor’s favorite charity.
